Where Do You Go When You Need Help?
If there is a fire at your house, you call the fire department.
If there is a robbery at your home, you call the police.
If you have a medical problem, you call the doctor.
BUT
If you have a spiritual problem, who do you call?
The answer, of course, is God who answers it in His word, the Bible.
Here are some everyday spiritual needs that God can help you with.
- Help in being saved. Read Mark 16:16
- Help as a Christian having your sins forgiven. Read I John 1:7-9
- Help in raising your children. Read Eph. 6:4
- Help in your marriage. Read Eph 5:22-33
- Help in resolving a problem with your brethren. Read Matt. 18:15-17
- Help with a problem with your neighbor. Read Matt. 19:19 and Gal. 6:10
- Help with ungodly people. Read I Thes. 5:22
Remember whatever the problem you need help with, God is there to help but you have to call and ask for help through prayer. Read I Peter 5:7
