I will be like Paul. I will forget those things that are behind and reach forward.
I will be like David. I will lift up my eyes to the hills from whence comes my help.
I will be like Abraham. I will trust implicitly in God.
I will be like Enoch. I will walk faithfully each day with God.
I will be like Jehoshaphat. I will prepare my heart to seek God.
I will be like Isaiah. I will say “Here am I, Lord, send me.”
I will be like Daniel. I will pray.
I will be like Timothy. I will study the word of God.
I will be like Stephen. I will forgive those who hurt me.
I will be like Jesus. I will seek not my own will, but God’s.
